REMEMBER HIS WORDS - Today at Resurrection Camp Meeting 2024, Pastor Donnie Swaggart reads Luke 24:1-8 teaching on the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and the life that comes to all who believe. God Himself stepped out of heaven and came to the earth, as a man, Jesus Christ to go to the Cross to save sinful man. Death could not hold Him, and because He is alive, we can live also. The life of every believer is a testament to the power of Calvary, where we died spiritually with Christ. Jesus’ death on the Cross broke every bondage of sin that man will ever face, and by faith we experience the resurrection of new life. He changes us. When we keep our faith anchored in the finished work of Christ, the Holy Spirit works on our behalf to transform us into the image of Christ. Brother Donnie reminds us of a few of the promises we find in the Word of God. He is our salvation. He is our strength and our refuge in the time of trouble. When we wait on Him, He renews us. He is our hope. We need not fear, for He is God, and He cares for us.
